A Career Built in Early Childhood
With over 32 years working in the early childhood industry — including 22 years as a Centre Director — I understand the weight of leadership in this sector in a way that only comes from lived experience.
I've worked alongside educators, families, management teams and approved providers. I've navigated compliance, staffing challenges, quality improvement, team dynamics and the day-to-day complexity of running a centre. I know what it feels like to carry that responsibility, and I know how much of a difference it makes to have someone experienced in your corner.

Why I Started This Service
Throughout my career, I noticed something that concerned me — many Directors, Managers and Educational Leaders were navigating incredibly complex situations without adequate support. They were doing their best, often in isolation, without access to someone who truly understood the early childhood context.
Generic business coaching doesn't cut it in this industry. The regulatory environment, the relationships with families, the responsibility for children's wellbeing, the team dynamics — these are unique to early childhood, and they require someone who has actually been there.
That's why I created this service. To offer the kind of support I wish had been available to me — practical, experienced, industry-specific and genuinely personal.
